Smile Unfolds

Over the next few days, we'll be leaving the studio behind. I'll be featuring here portraits of real people - non-models. Let me begin with this cute baby's triptych.

His name is Elijah. You know how babies are so innocent that they don't have a clue what photo sessions are. Well, it was not actually a photo session. Their family just dropped by for a visit and I thought of taking some pictures as souvenirs of their visit.

So I had the camera pointed at him and he just stared wondering what the-big-black-thing stuck on my face was. My wife stood next to me and started to make some funny faces attempting to make him smile. And as he started reacting to her goofy acts, I just fired away capturing this series of reactions from him.
